At Unbridled Change we provide quality mental health therapy, educational learning, character and life skill development, and therapeutic riding utilizing Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT).

We are located nestled in the southwestern Virginia mountains just outside of Roanoke in Boones Mill, VA. Our services are offered year round in our climate controlled "Halterman" Indoor arena.
