WEEK 3

Week three is all the power of the breath to help us calm down and re-center. Now that your kids have practiced moving their body’s energy up and down while in regulation, and they are aware the at their body is giving them information about how they feel, it is time to teach them how to use the best tool they have for practicing the skills of mindfulness and mediation anywhere anytime that they need it – their breath.  Here are two guided mindfulness activities that teach the beginning stages of breath work.
