HEALING YOUR INNER CRITIC

In this 12th episode of Connecting with Joy podcast, we explore our relationship with our inner critic or judge. We all have this pattern as an integral part of our internal systems and we need it to not only survive but thrive. However, the big question is what tone would you say your inner critic takes most of the time? Is it one of guilt, shame, and/or humiliation? Or, is it more like a good balanced coach and mentor that helps you reflect, opens you to accountability, and also helps guide you to reaching your highest potential from a compassionate caring vibe? 

In this episode, I also introduce a reflection and healing practice that helps you to release and heal the wounds and pain of the shadow inner critic so that you can begin to develop the skills of a healthy inner critic. The reflection practice also allows you to open more deeply to life’s moments in the present time with a more internal sense of safety and support.
