I used to think of healing work and practices as something we do when we are:
Traditionally, we do not seek the support of wellness and healing practices when life is cruising along. I can’t remember one client over the last 25 years who came to me with the statement, “Michelle, my life is doing great! And I would like some help to expand and engage more with it.” That would be awesome! Yet, something that typically doesn’t happen.
Instead, many of my clients find my services when they have gone through every door they can think of to help themselves address and heal a current crisis, challenge, or illness.
While yes, practices can help us tend to our “healing” journey of bringing balance within us physically, emotionally, mentally, and/or spiritually, they are actually designed to help us do so much more!

Holistic Approach
The type of Healing Practice I teach to my clients is not solely focused on improving their physical or mental wellness; it also includes spiritual wellness. This allows them to integrate their Heart and Soul’s voice with their daily lives, work lives, and family lives.
Active Companion and Teacher
When we partner with our Healing Practices as “living” teachers, they become a Life Companion, helping us in all facets and expressions of our life.
This practice invites us into real-time conversations,which are centered around helping us explore:
Sacred Witness and Contemplation
A willingness to interact with your system:
Bookend your Week
Start your week off with a practice of selecting “teacher” and set your intentions for the week.
End your week with final reflections of what came forward throughout the week with that “teacher”.
The practice is centered on the intentions you create based on different weekly:
Begin Each Week by selecting a Quote that is calling to you.
Throughout the week, take the selected text or quote and:
End Each Week with reflection and integration. Sit with the teacher, the quote or text, and ask if there is anything else that wants to come through it to help support you.
Rinse and Repeat. Set the intention for Spirit or the Universe to help bring the next mini-teacher, a quote or short text, forward. Let your attention be guided to the next quote or teaching that wants to be with you in the coming week. And flow into that practice, setting it up in the same fashion.
