Power of Healing Pauses – Intentional Check-Ins to Help Manifest Your Intentions!

People often ask me, “Michelle, how do you consciously manifest the different projects that you receive in your guidance?” 

The answer is always the same – I know how to leverage and work with the Power of Healing Pauses. 

What is a Healing Pause? 

Healing Pauses are purposeful Self-Reflection and Check-In moments that you can do daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and even yearly. In this video I share with you the steps of a Healing Pause Practice and a few pro tips to help you bring both healing and manifestation forward in your life!

Steps of a Healing Pause Practice:

1 - Centering and Check-In – Invite your field to check into what is happening right now in your Body, Emotional, Mental, and Heart Beings. (If you aren’t familiar with my process of the 5 senses Check-In you can find a short break down of it in this vlog)

2 - Calling forward Inner Support – Call forward and open to the Support of you Wise One Self and Team. Ask them to help guide you and help you hold the view point of Clean Compassion and Accountability as you access the Grace of Understanding.

3 - Reminding your Field of your Intentions – Call forward what Intentions you have been working on developing and embodying. For example: 

  • I have been working on reminding myself that I don’t have to say, Yes, to every request that comes my way because I want people to accept me or view me as kind. 
  • I have been working toward completing this project and my intention was to have it complete by _________. 
  • I have been creating more “health” and feel more vitality in my life.

4 - Acknowledge and Celebrate the Wins - Ask your Wise One Team to help bring your awareness and reflections to what actions and choice you have made that support your intention. 

  • Let yourself sense, see, hear, remember, feel all the different ways in which your actions have been in alignment with your intention.

5 - Review for Self-Sabotage or Self-Victimize Choices – Reminder, as you seek guidance on what areas you need to course correct or shift to bring Clean Compassion and Understanding, not a Harsh Inner Critic. Ask your Wise One Team to help you reflect on any places that Self-Sabotage or Victimization came forward that is stalling you out or derailing your actions from matching your intentions.   • Let yourself sense, see, hear, recall, and feel any moments where it was a struggle to maintain alignment with your choices in regards to your intention.
  • Seek Understanding, when we make choices that are not attuned to our inner guidance that is because there is a survival or trauma adaptation cutting us off from our own inner willingness to match. Open to seeing where there are old protective programs and possible Wounded Parts of you that need support in order to release their fears, worries, or concerns. 

6 - Calling Forward the Healing Graces of Forgiveness and Courage - When it feels good to you call forward the healing strands of Grace, Forgiveness, and Courage. 

  • Invite Graces of Healing and Forgiveness to help tend to the fearful Parts of you. Help them know that you see them, and that you are now free to make a different choice.
  • Invite in the Grace of Courage to help your field feel that there is support available to you inside and out to help hold you as you take a risk and believe in yourself!

7 - What is the next step - Ask for guidance to help illuminate the next FIRST step you can take that help you either:

  • Continue to move into committed action with your guidance
  • or Course Correct so that you are more in alignment with your actions. 

8 – Closing – Bringing forward the Grace of Gratitude and Blessing.

  • Thank your Wise One Self and Team for their support.
  • Thank YOURSELF, for your willingness to drop into the Healing Pause to seek reflection and accountability on how you are doing with matching your actions with your intentions. 
  • Thank your system: Body, Mental, Heart, and Soul Beings for supporting you on this practice as well.
  • And set the intention to follow up with the guidance you received in this practice. 

***Healing Tip – Write Down Your Guidance and Speak it Out Loud 😉 ***

When we only “think” about or “image” our guidance we are not fully activating the Laws of Co-Creation and Healing to work with us. Therefore, we are not able to gain the traction we need to shift, change, and embody what is wanting to be co-created through us. 

Writing down and speaking the guidance you received during the Healing Pause Practice out loud is a wonderful way to help your Mental Being take the leap of faith in yourself it needs to willingly match your Heart and Soul Beings’ guidance. This opens the door for you to move through any potential self-sabotaging fears and into materializing your intentions into the physical world! 

This calls forward your Fifth Chakra to help you materialize your intentions ☺ You can do this by:

  • Writing down a quick reminder of the step you are working on, placing it in a spot you will interact with it throughout the day;
  • Saying your guidance aloud to yourself in the mirror;
  • Sharing your intentions with a trusted soul friend or companion; 
  • And/or Sharing your action steps with a co-worker or coach.

These follow-up actions bring your physical and mental awareness, attention, and motion to your guidance right off the bat activating the Laws of Gravity, Cause and Effect, and Manifestation all together focused on your intentions! 

Remember, guidance only works if we follow-up on and act on the current guidance to call forward the next step that is in alignment with our True Self!

My Healing Invitation for you during this year end time is to:

  • Take moments of Healing Pause. 
  • Reflect on what actions you are taking or not taking and is helpful or not. 

A willingness to become aware of what is driving your daily actions and then the ability to make a choice that matches your True Self, is the strongest “manifestation” practice you can do!
