Today, as I was sharing space with my herd I watched and listened to a short Poem “Hokusai Says” read by Mark Williams. I invite you to take a moment, find a place that you feel comfortable. Maybe take a walk outside, stand with your animals…and watch this short video (only 2.44 mins) and pause from the day to perhaps recharge yourself.
