Finding Balance Even During a Transformation

Mar 11, 2020

Transformation – what is it? Is there a quicker way through it? Is there a way to shift gears from the fated happenings of transformation and step into co-creating your destiny?

I’d love to say that I’m going to answer all those questions in this blog in a short 3-step quick hack that will engineer a transformational journey that is swift, easy and simple – 1…2…3, however, that isn’t really the way transformation works. BUT I do have some hope in the form of knowledge and power for you!

There are some universal stages and “players” that are a part of every transformational journey that will help get you into a driver’s seat versus feeling like a passenger being tossed around by the gods. I just finished recording a 4-part mini-course on how to find balance during a transformation that also includes some helpful tips and guideposts to engaging with transformation in a conscious co-creative relationship.

So what’s the other option to change if you are not a co-creator with your growth and transformation?

The answer is, you become stuck as a passenger on the wheels of fate. I define “fate” as the default setting of a personal growth opportunity. Fate is cued up when you overall resist and refuse to interact with the guidance you are receiving that would help bring you into growth and a sense of balance with your authentic self. When we allow fate to be activated, it cues up interactions with life that can feel like the universe is handing you your butt on a silver platter – cue victim mindset.

Good news – knowledge equals the power and unlocks the tools you need to find balance and shift into co-creating with destiny!

I’m speaking from experience here. If you have been following my blogs or have read my book, then you know that I've had my fair shares of transformational journeys. Unfortunately, my pattern seems to be that most of them are kicked into gear due to a health crisis. (Side note: this is a pattern I’m very much hoping has finally been put to rest and deactivated in life!) However, while my journeys in the past have “started” from a health event, the actual bigger transformation always comes in the form of personal and spiritual growth that changes everything on how I see myself, who I am, and how I interact with every part of my life.

What I’m so excited about and eager to share with you is the BIG difference about this latest transformational journey, This time, I KNEW what I was walking into. Instead of being dragged kicking and screaming I jumped into this journey with a roadmap. That roadmap gave me the courage and strength I needed to stay in overall balance. Don’t get me wrong, there were some moments of shakiness and doubt for sure, but overall, I felt centered and willing to stay connected to myself and the world around me – which for me is not typical in “crisis mode”. Knowing what the big picture of this healing and growth process was going to be, what potential pitfalls were in front of me, and what the different crossroads I was going to encounter would most likely be in some form or fashion provided me with this field of grace that held me throughout the journey. Finally, after years of struggle, I managed to shift gears and get out of the wheels of fate and over into learning how to co-create with the divine. I began to embody a visceral sense of what faith felt like and how to be with it. I can honestly say that I knew and believed everything was going to work out in the way that it needed to no matter the outcome.

When I realized I was diving into transformation as a co-creator that changed everything for me. I found myself able to consciously release myself from paralyzing fears and panic. I was able to hold what might seem like conflicting emotions of joy, love, compassion, excitement, and tenderness together with pain, worry, fear, and unknowing. No longer was I just feeling the effects of healing through “blood, sweat, and tears”, but I was also feeling the healing power of laughter, smiles, warmth, and welcoming support.

Wow! The last three years have been a ride for sure! AND they have been three years I will not trade in for anything. I’m currently in the third stage of this latest journey (I share the different stages in the training ðŸ˜Š). Just like when the butterfly emerges from the cocoon, from the butterfly’s perspective, nothing is as it was. The outside world hasn’t changed, but everything for the butterfly has. The new butterfly has to learn how to “be” a butterfly not a caterpillar. As I learn how to “be” on this side of the transformation that has happened to my inner world, I feel the same sense of faith and grace surrounding me. The knowledge and tools of understanding what is ahead of me are helping me find and return to balance when I get a little shakey learning how to operate in this new way.

I wish I could share this feeling with you too! Since I can’t, I thought the next best thing would be to share what I can and that is the roadmap and knowledge that helped give me balance over the last three years. I hope that this will help you like it helped me!
