I have been reflecting on the word “Transformation”. Many different thought leaders and spiritual coaches are pointing out that “change and transformation” is happening all around us at a rapid pace. More and more, people are feeling the draw to connect deeper with themselves, their soul, and bring deeper meaning to all aspects of their lives. Many of my clients are on the brink or in the middle of what feel like transformational journeys. They express that they have struggled to find a life-line and how to stay grounded and connected with their joy in the midst of the chaos that these journeys bring while also trying to stay in compassion with themselves and others. 

I love the word transformation. It opens up hope that on the other side of this journey there are possibilities for deep shifts, changes, and empowerment. However, this word can also bring up a mixture of emotions like fear, anxiety, excitement, and a longing and desire in me. 

I’ve put together a new mini training series designed to help share the stages of transformation so that you can release yourself from the isolation, confusion, and overwhelm that often comes with these cycles in our lives. I really do believe that knowledge is power and that once we bring awareness to something we can shift out of feeling like life is happening to us to instead embrace the growth opportunities that are surrounding us, and step into co-creating with the universe!
