Awakening to your inner wisdom starts by bringing intentional love, compassion, and desire to “know thyself”. Our meditation and mindful movement classes are designed to help develop these core elements of healing energy.
Whether you are just starting your journey of mindfulness and somatic practices or a seasoned traveler on this path, the classes meet you where you are at and deepen your ability to hold healing presence for yourself and others.
I know for me personally, coming back to the basics of trauma-informed contemplative practices and having a daily routine and practice is absolutely a must right now to help myself consciously navigate the complexities of today’s world.
In a world that is designed to disembody and strip us of our personal power and heart-led life, gathering together with other heart-centered beings and actively cultivating your own inner wisdom can give you a refuge in the turbulence that is so present for us all right now.

Here’s what we will cover in the upcoming LIVE meditation classes:
Each week will focus on a wisdom teaching & guided Eden Energy Medicine Exercise for embodiment of the one core element of a Metta, Loving Kindness, meditation practice.
This unique combination allows for a powerful invitation for our Mental Being to both open to trusting and embodying greater flow with the invitation of Metta:

WEEK 1 - Metta Principles & the Radiant Circuits
Overview of the core elements of both Loving Kindness and how this approach influences the way we can approach trauma-informed energy exercises/work.
WEEK 2 - Love & Joy
Focus this week is on the first two radiant circuits, or Strange Flows, as they are named in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The first two energy flows to awaken within our body are these first two elements.
WEEK 3- Peace & Freedom
A core element of Loving Kindness meditation is to honor all life and the freedom that we each have on our path knowing that there is a divine flow of balance that is always holding us and trying to guide us. This week we will add in the Yin and Yang Regulator Flows, helping you release old programs of separation and begin to allow yourself to attune to your divine flow.
WEEK 4 - Grace & Wonder
Compassion, curiosity, and honoring self and others is another core element of Loving Kindness. The focus of this week invites us into exploring how and what we allow to penetrate into our field and how we are allowed to release that which no longer serves so that we stay connected to our true self instead of our protective self.
WEEK 5 - Bliss & Beauty
This week we will explore how to welcome and engage with all the different facets of life: the joyful parts and the tearful or difficult parts. The flows we will be attuning with are the Yin and Yang Bridge Flows which help us stay rooted in holism, freeing ourselves from the tricky trap of dualist, black and white thinking.
WEEK 6 - Integration
This week is dedicated to putting it all together and activating the radiant circuits within you to be your main supports, guides, and helpers in your daily life so that Loving Kindness can flow in, through, and out to others from you.

We strive to make our offerings as accessible as possible with your support! Please select the level of support that matches your needs:

Online teaching videos only - participants at this level will be in the “container” with us by receiving weekly teaching videos and reflection prompts over the course of the six weeks. (this level does not include access to LIVE classes or the replays)
SCHOLARSHIP - $60
Access to the online course videos, all six live classes, and the replays.
