Whether you are just starting your journey of mindfulness and somatic practices or a seasoned traveler on this path, the classes meet you where you are at and deepen your ability to hold healing presence for yourself and others.
I know for me personally, coming back to the basics of trauma-informed contemplative practices and having a daily routine and practice is absolutely a must right now to help myself consciously navigate the complexities of today’s world.

WEEK 1
Willingness to be Present: what is compassionate presence, why is it important, and how to turn toward yourselves with the presence of a Sacred Witness instead of a harsh inner critic.
WEEK 2
Sacred Listening: how to begin to listen to the different aspects of self that will meet you during meditation and movement practices with compassion, curiosity, and non-judgement.
WEEK 3
Sacred Dialog: how to engage in healthy inner dialog with what arises before, during, and after a meditation/movement practice.
Here’s what we will cover in the upcoming LIVE meditation classes:

Each class is 1 hour and follows this flow:
- Short presencing and opening “arrival” meditation
- Introduction of the topic and short explanation of the exercise that matches it
- Guiding you through the energy exercise and meditation - group sit-time
- Short space to share if you would like
- Guided closing meditation

We strive to make our offerings as accessible as possible with your support! Please select the level of support that matches your needs:
FREE
Online teaching videos only. Participants at this level will be in the “container” with us by receiving weekly teaching videos and reflection prompts over the course of the six weeks. (this level does not include access to LIVE classes or the replays)
SCHOLARSHIP - $60
Access to the online course videos, all six live classes, and the replays.
CHOOSE SCHOLARSHIP ACCESSPARTICIPANT - $90
Access to the online course videos, all six live classes, and the replays. Payment at this level helps cover the cost of offering the course.
