These are the perfect blend of on-demand guided meditations that you can return to again and again and live online group gatherings where you have a dedicated time and place to focus on you - body, mind, and soul.Ā

This 6-week class weaves together weekly on-demand teaching videos and guided meditations with LIVE Zoom classes designed to support you in real time.

WHY THIS CLASS MATTERS NOW

This time of year it is easy to get swept up in the hustle of the holidays and year-end tasks.

This class is for those who feel their:

  • Ā Body getting dysregulated

  • Mind feeling scattered or overwhelmed

  • Soul feeling tired, disconnected, or stretched thin

And who want to reconnect with their Body Being and energy flow in a meaningful, compassionate way.

The intention is to help you integrate:

  • Ā A trauma-informed approach

  • Ā A simple daily energy routine

  • Ā Somatic check-ins

  • Ā Practices that build flow, balance, happiness, and your mojo

Healthy self-care and staying rooted in your own divine flow is not selfish. It is the healing energy we collectively need right now.

The more we become a healing presence for ourselves, the more compassion and grace we can offer to those around us and to our planet.


A Personal Note from Michelle
Ā 

For me, returning to the basics of healthy energy hygiene and tending to a daily practice has been essential in navigating today’s world. In a culture that pulls us away from our own inner wisdom and power, learning to embody mindfulness helps us meet daily pressures with clarity and create a true healing presence for ourselves and others.

Here’s what we will cover during the LIVE classes:

WEEK 1

Grounding, what is it, why is it important, and a super short guided grounding meditation.

WEEK 2

Get that energy flowing, realigning your energy to run in the right direction.

WEEK 3

Boost your immune system, reenergize your immune system to meet the stressors that are all around you – no flu for you!

WEEKĀ 4

Metabolize your world, three tips for how to boost your metabolizing power for not just food, but also releasing negative energy and stresses.


WEEK 5

Stress Reduction, your world is full of stress, but it doesn’t have to take you down – short little exercises you can do ANYWHERE to calm down your stress response and kick in your problem-solving mojo.

WEEK 6

Recharge your system, you need the energy to accomplish any goal, my favorite exercise to recharge and it takes less than a minute!



Each class is 1 hour and follows this flow:
  • Short presencing and opening ā€œarrivalā€ meditation
  • Introduction of the topic and short explanation of the exercise that matches it
  • Guiding you through the energy exercise and meditation - group sit-time
  • Short space to share if you would like
  • Guided closing meditation
