Exercises to Create Healing Space in your Body

In the midst of the COVID-19 confinement, space might feel like a hot commodity right now   I thought I’d share two Eden Energy Medicine based exercises that help your bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy bodies) create the space they need to heal and balance, even if you are confined to staying at home right now. 

The first exercise is an adaptation of “Connecting Heaven and Earth”: 

In the video, I share expansion to the exercise that I was guided to one day while I was doing the exercise. What I found was that this addition really helps you to not only create space in your body and in your field BUT to also ground and claim your space on what I like to call the “golden grid of grace” at the same time. Quick little side note in case you are not familiar with the golden grid. The golden grid, as I see it, is the tapster of energy that connects all of us together.  It is the weave of connections and threads that we all share under the mystical law – “all is connected”.  When I see or partner with the gold grid consciously, I’m able to tap into the amazing life force energy that is all around us. I think it is so cool that grace and the divine are right there waiting for us to interact with them. This exercise helps you to increase your connection with this grid and help you establish your own personal boundaries within the whole. I have found that the expansion to Connecting Heaven and Earth also helps you to feel grounded and secure while in connection with the Divine wisdom. 

The second exercise I share is a little into the radiant circuits. 

 In the video, I share 2 little ways to start to activate them and get them moving and grooving!  The more I learn and interact with the radiant circuits, or what in TMC is called the Extraordinary Vessels, I have come to believe that they are SO important in our healing.  These are the original energy “pathways” we are designed to flow with.  By strengthening our radiant circuits we increase our ability to connect and tap into feeling states like:

  • love,
  • joy,
  • peace,
  • freedom,
  • wonder,
  • bliss,
  • and beauty. 

They are the circuits that I believe carries grace throughout our body.  I’m really excited to be able and dive into more about these amazing flows during an upcoming interview and practice on Connecting with Joy.
