We are entering the last quarter of our journey through Season 6 of CWJ, “Initiation of the Elements Within: Fire, Earth, Air, and Water.”
This month, we begin the first initiation of the final element, Water. Each element holds three levels of initiation.
Episode 11: First Initiation of Water - Creating an Inner Well of Peace
In this month’s Reflection Practices, I share a meditation developed by the late Dr. Norman Shealy called The Ring of Water. This meditation works with acupressure points to activate a dialogue with key pressure points in the body that connect with the meridian system. Through this practice, you are supported in witnessing the different levels of programs, thoughts, and beliefs held in the Body Being from past experiences and conditioning, allowing you to cleanse, clear, and reclaim your true self
